Building trees of sentences in Russian, English, modern Chinese and ancient Chinese languages

A real monograph is devoted to a syntactic analysis of proposals in Russian, English, modern Chinese and ancient Chinese languages. The analysis of sentences is performed from small to large. When determining the types of phrases, not morphological, but syntactic relations between the main and dependent words are indicated.

The work also classifies characteristic student errors made during the analysis of the syntactic structure of the proposals of the modern Chinese language by students of senior courses, and recommendations are given About how to avoid them. The issues related to the isolation from proposals in the modern Chinese language of lexical units are considered in detail. The analogy between the structure of the complex lexemes of Russian and Chinese languages ​​is presented. The monograph also considers the analogy between the method of sections of construction mechanics and the analysis of proposals from large to small. From this analogy, the possibility of classifying various types of phrases according to the degree of adhesion of components follows. The book is recommended for senior students and graduate students studying the Chinese language syntax, as well as teachers and translators from the Russian language in the Chinese and opposite direction. The book also is of certain interest for the Russians, since some incorrect provisions of the traditional grammar of the Russian language are criticized in it.
