Red velvet is an early -ripened mustard variety for open and protected soil. The plant forms greens with a pleasant moderate-fast taste.
Mustard is rich in carotene, calcium, phosphorus and iron, as well as vitamins of group B and p.
The period from seedlings to the crop: 20-30 days from seedlings.
The height of the outlet: 20–25 cm.
Productivity: 23 kg/m².
Seeds are sown in open ground to a depth of 1–1.5 cm. In the phase of 2-3 of these leaves, the shoots are thinned out. To obtain high -quality greens in continuous mode, repeated crops are carried out with an interval of 2-3 weeks until the end of August.
