Byron. Dickens. Two eras of English literature

Byron. George Gordon Byron came from a noble family, whose family motto was “Crede byron” (“Believe Byron”). Charles surpassed Byron in popularity and in circulations as naturally as the era of romanticism changed with realism. Unrivaled humor, living, modest characters, humanism and mercy of his prose were in demand in the 19th century both in England and all over the world. The formation of the writer took place through a happy but poor childhood, debts, travel, family, literary work and lifetime glory.
