Young Laura, along with the father, retired military, lives in a gloomy secluded castle among the picturesque forests of the Austrian Empire. She feels lonely after the news of the mysterious death of Berta, her only friend.

But one day a stranger named Carmilla appears in the castle. A beautiful, slender brunette, with thick long hair, a ruddy chopped face and large dark eyes, captivates Laura. Girls spend a lot of time together, but the mysterious guest does not tell anything about themselves.

Strange events soon begin to take place: Laura gets sick, her condition worsens every day, and at night he is tormented by semps. After several painful nights, the young Laura will have to find out the shocking truth about the mysterious guest.
