Early Nednieus (from seedlings to technical ripeness of root crops 70-90 days) variety. One of the popular and original varieties in the line of colored carrots. Root crops are cylindrical, smooth, straight and even, 15 - 20 cm long, with a dark purple thin skin, and juicy, crisp, sweet orange flesh. The core is bright yellow, thin and practically absent. The use of purple varieties of carrots into food allows: strengthen the immune system, normalize cholesterol, reduce the risk of oncological diseases, improve vision, due to the presence of anthocyans, a large content of lutein carotenoid, as well as trace elements and vitamins. Therefore, it is most useful to eat carrots in fresh food or use for cooking freshly squeezed juice. Due to the unusual color, this root crop is loved to use to decorate various dishes, it looks especially spectacular when it is cut into circles.  Root crops can be pickled, boiled, frying, stew, bake. During heat treatment, the saturated purple color of the fruits turns pale.
