Samurai is a cold -resistant mid -season variety, in which the period from seedlings to the start of economic fit is 72–82 days. It contains a large amount of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and essential oils.
The rosette of the leaves is vertical, reaches 65 cm in height. The mass of one plant is 650 g. The leaves have an average size. They are glossy, delicate and juicy, with a pleasant strong aroma. The yield of greens is 3.8–4 kg/m².
Celery is used in fresh and dried form as a seasoning for salads, soups and when canned. Suitable for freezing.
Sowing: In open ground. In the phase of 2-3 real leaves, thin out the shoots. During the summer, spend a few pieces of greens, after each circumcision, feed the plants. To obtain an earlier crop, a sub -sowing is possible in late October - early November. Carry out timely watering, weeding and loosening.
