“Chevrikuk, or love of the ghost” is the last novel from the cycle “Ostankino Stories” by Vladimir Orlov. The writer gave such an unusual name to the main character of the work-the house, living in building No. 14 on the 5th Novoostankinskaya Street in Moscow. Shevrikuk managed to see a lot since in the 17th century he moved to the pioneer in a bag of peas, but a new era came: the Ostankino television tower appeared, and with it the spirits of the tower - “spondle”, warlike and unprincipled enemies of the brownies. In the erupted turmoil, which covered the city and its diverse inhabitants, the hero will try to defend himself and his right to love.
