In the book “Choice”, the author sets out its concept of global leadership of America: only the United States can and should be a world leader, but this, in turn, requires the United States to cease to be a state that persuade its narrow -hearted interests, and represent the interests of the whole world.

In the book “Strategic View”, Z. Brzezinsky is already criticizing American politics, urging her position “The God of the Selected World Hegemon”, otherwise the United States is waiting for the same systemic crisis that has destroyed the USSR at one time.
