Chronic inflammatory diseases in the practice of therapists and family doctors

Analysis of the work of young therapists showed that in the practical work of one of the "top" problems that they face in the conduct of patients, a pathology due to chronic inflammation is. During the primary training of doctors in medical universities, students are disparately studied on different cycles of individual nosological forms, including chronic inflammation in the diagnosis structure. Such knowledge is clearly not enough for practical work. Their synthesis, the development of the general laws of inflammation, its features in various clinical situations, as well as the ability to rationally attach knowledge when working in a clinic, a family doctor, a therapeutic hospital to a particular patient suffering from a chronic inflammatory disease, are necessary. To preliminarily determine its nosological form, in order to verify the diagnosis together with specialists of the clinical and diagnostic profile, to conduct appropriate additional studies, to record in the medical documentation of the justification of the diagnosis, as well as prescribe the necessary treatment, agree on dynamic observation and prevention.
