Lashkarev Pyotr Aleksandrovich (1833–1899) - historian of church law and church architecture, lawyer, professor of the Kyiv Theological Academy and Kyiv University in the Department of canonical law.
In his work he told about the foundations of church law, his education and species, as well as about monuments of church legislation and concluded how the legal structure of the church corresponded to the needs of the historical life of society, starting from the period of universal cathedrals and ending with the era of the separation of churches.
It was reproduced in the original author's spelling of the publication 1886 (Kyiv: Type. G. T. Korchak-Knitsky, 1886.-224 p.).
