Citizen is a political person. Judging by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, a Russian citizen is a central subject of power: man, his rights and freedoms are the highest value; Recognition, compliance and protection of human and citizen's rights and freedoms (Article 2). The people exercise their power directly, as well as through state authorities and local authorities (part 2 of article 3). Why are citizens to be interested in the internal and foreign policy of their state? Should I go to the polls and by what principle to evaluate candidates?
