City darkness. Smith R.
On the shore of the Dark Sea there is a town called darkness. Clouds rarely part over his roofs, and even less often smiles touch the faces of his inhabitants. A boy named Rory lives in this city. He has a mother and a kind friend of Izzy, who (it seems) the most a bit of a witch. And yet he recently got a lackey in the terrible mansion of the mysterious Lord Foxglov, and now in his life there has become even more darkness. Why does the owner never leave the basement? Why does the butler so resemble some kind of beast? What is hidden behind the scarlet door, the drawing on which, it seems, is alive? And most importantly: why does Rory (and, as it turned out, all the other inhabitants of the darkness) no longer discards shadows? It seems that only Rory and Izzy can find answers to all these questions. And they need to hurry, because otherwise it will soon be a big trouble...
