This leadership is an international publication created with the participation of educational centers of the United States, Great Britain, Singapore and India. It sets out actual issues of allergology and clinical immunology. It included sections on the immunological and clinical foundations of allergology, diagnosis and modern approaches to the treatment of allergopathology in adults and children, including using biological drugs, the influence of various environmental factors on the formation and course of diseases. Special attention is paid to primary immunodeficiencies.

The publication is intended primarily for allergists-immunologists, but it can also be useful for students of medical faculties, residents and other medical workers related to diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases, as well as for doctors other specialties to expand professional horizons and improve the quality of medical care.
