The publication continues the publication of clinical analysis that came out in three volumes: I volume - in 2006–2015. (4 publications), II Tom - in 2017 and III Tom - in 2023.

the real, IV volume retains this fundamental tradition for professional improvement, resumed since 1996 under the auspices of the independent psychiatric association of Russia. The main building, with the exception of the 7th section, is the analysis of 2017–2022, conducted by the head of the Department of Psychiatry and Medical Psychology of the Russian National Research Medical University named after N.I. Pirogova prof. A.A.Shmilovich in the Moscow Psychiatric Clinical Hospital No. 4 named after P.B. Ghannushkina.
