Closed chest injury: Diagnostic problems. Makhambetchin M.M.

The book sets out the features of clinical and radiological diagnosis of damage and early complications of closed chest injuries. An analysis of objective reasons was carried out that impede the basic and additional research methods. 240 radiographs show signs of difficult to damage and complications of chest injuries, in particular pneumothorax, hemotorax, atelectasis, and the diaphragm rupture. For the first time, the clinical significance of stress in the pneumothorax is noted during political studies. Comparative characteristics and algorithm of differential diagnosis of acute diffuse lung lesions for injury are given. The experience of identifying and solving the problem of non -functioning drainage of the pleural cavity.
