“Cognition of meanings” is a new, fundamentally recycled, publication of “Talking with Jemal”, a book in the contents of which all television programs on the Radio-Mediametrix channel with the same name. The release of these programs was led by the channel journalist Oleg Druzhbinsky. The programs began to be recorded in January and ended in October 2016. Almost every week, on one certain day, Heydar Jemal went on the air to reveal to one degree or another for an hour the topic that he himself determined for this program. In the first edition, the book contained a lot of inaccuracies and errors, and there were no several topics in it. Therefore, it was decided to re -raise the entire primary video material, process it and compose it for its reprint. A lot of work was done to restore the video material that is available on the Radio-Mediametrix channel, as some programs had technical malfunctions in the sound. Everything was deciphered as much as possible and shifted to “paper” from the very first program to the last.
