The collagen -healing bandage is a wound coating based on a lyophilized native collagen for use in chronic wounds, preservation of post -extraction holes for dental interventions, to close operational wounds and conduct postoperative wounds in adults and children from 14 years old.

It is used in surgery, surgical dentistry, implantology, maxillofacial surgery, periodontology.

The bandage can be used in the treatment of burns, long -standing wounds, pressure sores, diabetic and trophic ulcers.

The bandage includes only one active component - a lyophilized native three -spiral collagen - a natural biopolymer with a fully preserved natural structure. Collagen triggers the physiological processes of blood coagulation, protects the wound surface from the external environment and reduces the healing timelines of the wounds. Thanks to the three -dimensional structure, the native collagen is the basis for constructing a new extracellular matrix. Collagen stimulates the migration of fibroblasts and epidermal cells, which accelerates the formation of granulation tissue in the proliferation phase and contributes to the transition of the wound process to the epithelization phase.

Method of application:

Before use, the bandage is removed from the package, observing the rules of aseptic. The bandage is applied to a pre -treated wound surface. Before using the dressing, it is allowed to moisten with a solution of biologically active or antibacterial substances. A sterile gauze napkin is applied over the bandage and fixed in the usual way (bandage, patch, etc.)
