Already in ancient times, people noticed that certain colors have an impact on the mental and physical condition of a person. In different periods of life, a person has a particular preference in the color of clothing, the interior, and so on. This phenomenon is explained by the fact that people at a subconscious level strive for tones that correspond to their mood, help to recharge with energy and get rid of a disease. This observation led to the development of such science as color therapy (or chromotherapy), that is, the effect of a variety of painted light on a person in order to cure it.

our nerve cells from birth have “healthy” vibration with a certain wavelength. In various pathological conditions, the vibration of the cell changes. In color therapy, a healthy vibration is imposed on the principle of resonance to cells. By their nature, nerve cells are able to absorb and accumulate the missing colors and repel excessive colors. This is the mechanism of therapeutic effect of color.
