In the commentary on the basis of the analysis of the norms of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, judicial practice and doctrinal provisions, the author’s approaches to the interpretation and uniform application of the provisions of each article are stated, measures are proposed to eliminate the identified problems and recommendations for the correct and timely consideration and resolution of civil cases, strengthening legality and law enforcement, the formation of a respectful attitude to the law and the court.
