The presented volume contains comments on the work of the “beginning” of Euclid, publishing in our publishing house simultaneously with this book. The translation of the “beginning” of the famous domestic mathematician, historian of science, methodologist and teacher D. D. Morduhai-Boltovsky (1876-1952) is considered many researchers the most accurate Russian translation of the work of ancient Greek mathematics from existing today.
