This educational publication is a component of the new series of books “Private Theory of Translation. Chinese". The purpose of the publication is the formation of a technological component of professional translation competence by means of comparative analysis of Russian original texts and their Chinese translations.

The publication is intended for students and cadets of universities students in the main professional educational programs of the Specialty “Translation and Translation Studies”, undergraduate “Linguistics” and others, studying the discipline “Private Theory of Translation”, as well as for undergraduates and graduate students, studying the private theory of translation in a pair of Chinese and Russian languages.

The workshop can be used when working with Chinese students studying the theory of translation and the theory of intercultural communication, as well as in mixed Russian-Chinese groups of students. The practical material of the book can be useful in the development of new educational resources according to the general and private theory of translation.
