In the reader’s attention, the book using the methodology of comparative law is highlighted by the actual and discussion problems of the implementation of patent legal relations in national and supranational law. The prospects of patent integration in the EU and the EAEU, harmonization and rapprochement of national legislation on patent law are considered.
