Competitive law and industry commodity markets. Varlamova Alla Nikolaevna
The presented monograph is a vivid example of interdisciplinary research. The problems of law, economics and politicians in terms of building competitive strategies in industry commodity markets are considered in the aggregate. The work justifies the approach to competitive law as a comprehensive branch of law and the relationship of competitive and industry legislation. The work is based on ideas about the need to develop legislative measures aimed at developing and supporting competition in industry commodity markets. The use of strict antimonopoly prohibitions on large business representatives in the absence of competitions of competition is incapable of becoming an effective mechanism for the formation of a full -fledged competitive environment. The red thread throughout the work is the idea of the need to take into account the industry specifics of the markets. The market is primary, individual markets are significantly different from a friend, and the formation of competitive relations on them is impossible without the use of special legal mechanisms that take into account this specificity. In addition to directly, competitive laws in the work are analyzed in detail by individual industry markets - oil and gas markets, electricity, metal, food products and medicines, and the sports market. The monograph by A. N. Varlamova can be interesting to students and graduate students of both private and public law profile, authorities to prepare proposals to improve competitive legislation practicing lawyers.
