The Vitamir D -Mannose complex is a simple natural sugar that the body uses to cleanse the urinary tract and maintain the health of the mucous membrane of the bladder. It is digested only in small quantities, and the excess is quickly removed in the urine, so it does not interfere with the normal regulation of blood sugar.
