The personal experience of authors is combined regarding the observation of pregnant women with congenital heart defects at the Moscow Regional Research Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the experience of Russian and foreign medicine. The authors are deliberately lowered by the detailed issues of propaedeutics characterizing heart defects; The emphasis in the presentation of the material is placed on specific recommendations to practicing doctors to conduct pregnancy and approaches to the birth-decisure of the observed patients. Particular attention is paid to pregnant women who have undergone corrogs for congenital heart disease, as well as the possibility of independent birth among them in the case of a good result of surgical treatment. Recommendations are given on the management of patients with heart defects, infrequently encountered in clinical practice. Everything stated in the book aims to reduce the frequency of operational delivery of pregnant women with heart defects.
