Lev Tolstoy once claimed that all unhappy families are unhappy in different ways, and all happy are happy the same. This idea can be spread both in general, but even to society, and examples of happy people give hope that happiness is quite achievable when fulfilling a number of conditions. Bertrand Russell took the courage to make out the abstract concept of happiness into the components and prove that first of all, happiness depends on the personal efforts of a person and only then on external circumstances.
