Conservative modernization. Diskin I.E.

Modernization-pressing large-scale and dynamic socio-economic and socio-political transformations-is always associated with the departure from stability and risks of breakdowns and national disasters. The main thesis of the book of I. Diskin: Conservative modernization is the path to reducing risks, the most effective transformation strategy. The author, based on the scientific concepts of sociology, economics and law, proves that the nature of the transformation must comply with the macrosocial and sociocultural conditions of these transformations.
