Contactor Chint 236157 NC2-400, 400A

NC2 contributors are a series of power switching devices from Chint. They are designed for more serious loads and switching more powerful electricity consumers in comparison with other modeling line of Chint Contactors. The NC2 series covers nominal currents from 115A to 800A. This model range does not have built -in additional contacts. But the design of the product provides for special mounting nests for their installation. Together with the Contactor, you can use such additional nodes as auxiliary contacts, prefix with time exposure, mechanical blocking, etc.

The design of NC2 power contributions includes the base, contact system, magnetic system and ardent chamber. The contact system of this series of contactors is characterized by a double rupture of the chain. The magnetic system is responsible directly for turning on and disable. Structurally, it is made by a single unit with a control coil. Such a block is easily extracted from the base, which makes maintenance and repair more simple and operational. As for the materials, the contactor case is made of non -combustible plastic, and an aluminum profile was used to produce the lower part of the base.

the NC2 series also differs in a small zone of ionization of exhaust gases. This allows even to mount high -power contactors without changing distances to other electrical devices. Installation involves both horizontal and vertical installation of tires. Another important specialty of the series is the presence of models of reverse contributions in the factory performance.
