The textbook is prepared by a team of authors of the Department of Entrepreneurial Law of the Ural State Law University. It examines a whole system of entrepreneurial contracts, investigated existing contractual structures through the prism of modern achievements of the theory and practice of contractual regulation of entrepreneurial activity at different stages of the life cycle.

The structure and content of the book are maintained in the context of the Unified Economic and Legal Concept of Entrepreneurship from taking into account the intersectoral (comprehensive) regulation of relations in this area.
