The training manual highlights the main provisions of the training courses “Copyright and Human Law”, “Human Rights and Intellectual Property”. The international legal and theoretical foundations of the recognition of intellectual property rights as human rights, as well as the theory that substantiate and criticize copyright, are considered. The problem of the correlation of copyright and cultural rights of man is disclosed. International global copyright protection standards have been set out. The problem of the correlation of copyright and human rights in the law and order of the Council of Europe and the European Union is analyzed. Examples from judicial practice are given, control issues and tests for self -testing are given. The legislation is given as of May 1, 2022.
