Annial. A bright mixture of colors of the classic annual. This is an unpretentious cold -resistant plant, 95 cm high, the stems branch well, the leaves are very carved, which gives the plant a magnificent look. The reed flowers are collected in inflorescences 8-11 cm in diameter. Used in group plantings, in mixed flower beds, like a hedge and cut.

Sowing for seedlings is carried out in March-April or direct sowing in the ground in May. I do not sprinkle seeds, since sunlight is needed for germination. Ground at a temperature of 15-18 degrees, shoots appear on 7-15 days. The cooler the germination, the stronger and more stable the seedlings will be. The seedlings are planted in May at a distance of 30-40 cm to permanent place.

Cosmos is a photophilous plant, so for planting choose sunny places. Cosmos is not demanding on soils, but when leaving it requires regular timely watering and top dressing. Fridged inflorescences must be removed.
