Cossack Lugansk - the pseudonym of the famous Russian writer, folklorist and ethnographer Vladimir Ivanovich Dal (1801-1872). His fame as a linguist stepped far beyond Russia, but few know that Dahl is also the author of stories, stories and collector of Russian folk tales. “He knows how to think a man’s head, see him with his eyes, speak his tongue,” V.
