The monograph is devoted to one of the most urgent problems of Russian criminal procedure law-the problem of ensuring the quality of court decisions. The author rethinks the requirements for court decisions, their properties, analyzes the mechanism and identifies decision -making models. The work also highlights the issues of the procedural regulation of the procedure for making court decisions made in various forms of criminal proceedings: final; in case of execution of judicial control in pre-trial proceedings; with the participation of jury; accepted in a special trial.
