This monograph considers the creative potential of Russian grammar in different types of Russian speech-colloquial, artistic, scientific and journalistic, newspaper and journalistic, in such its genre varieties as headings, interviews, poem, advertising slogan, memoirs, letter, essay et al. Russian grammar is presented against a wide background of modern language processes, which are characterized by various kinds of innovations, language game, metaphorization and linguistic reflection. The use of non -trivial word forms and lexemes, grammatical reflexivas and contrasts, various combinations of grammatical and non -grammatical components are considered in the aspect of semantics, stylistics and pragmatists of the statement and, wider, in the aspect of the speaker's linguistic activity. Particular attention in the work is paid to such a complex, developing category of the Russian verb as a category of species, the creative potential of which is realized in the active processes of speculation and in various ways to actualize species values.
