“Crime and Punishment” is the highest example of a criminal novel. Within the framework of the genre of police investigation, the writer raised questions, and to this day not resolved. Who should be a person: “trembling creature”, as Raskolnikov says, or “Napoleon”? And this is the problem of the 21st century. The novel “Crime and Punishment” written in 1866 still remains the most read in the world and is part of most school programs in literature.
