Dostoevsky: their role in world literature is compared in importance with The first five books of the Bible - the Pentatery of Moses. Deeply social and at the same time interprets about the fundamental issues of being, these novels have largely changed our ideas about the possibilities of literature and human nature. The first of these great works by Dostoevsky was the novel “Crime and Punishment” (1866). He was conceived as a “psychological report of one crime”, but the writer receded far from the initial plans, forcing the reader to reflect on sin and redeeming, about the boundaries of the permitted, about spiritual death and resurrection. The main idea of the novel “Idiot” (1868) Dostoevsky formulated as follows: “... to depict a positively beautiful person. There is nothing more difficult in the world, and especially now. ” The “Christmas Prince” goes to the sermon, and Dostoevsky puts his cherished thoughts about the Russian soul and faith in his words.
