Crimes against public security and public order. Law, theory, practice. Monograph

The monograph discusses the legislative, theoretical and practical problems of criminal liability for acts encroaching on public security and public order (section IX of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the most debatable issues arising in judicial practice and the doctrine of criminal law, in particular, issues of interpreting the norms of terrorist crimes, on the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, about environmental crimes, etc. The study is based on a solid empirical basis , prepared taking into account the current state of science of the criminal law of Russia.

The legislation is given as of August 1, 2021.
