The book is devoted to the study of the percentive glands, their development, physiology, as well as the role in the regulation of the processes of the human body. This is the first work in Russian endocrinology, summarizing knowledge about the near -oriented glands, their regulation and pathological conditions. Particular attention is paid to the problem of tumor lesion of the near -base glands, leading to the development of primary hyperparatysis.
