This textbook is experimental, prepared by teachers of the Department of Criminal Law of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin with the participation of specialists of other universities (National Research University "Higher School of Economics" by the Moscow State Linguistic University) and the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in accordance with the program in accordance with the program Course "Criminal Law. A special part ”on the basis of modern criminal legislation, as well as other regulatory legal acts. When analyzing criminal legal institutions, the decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on the application of criminal law were taken into account.

The textbook has an original structure. Each chapter contains annotation and information and reference material. The text of the paragraph is divided into semantic units, each of which is given a title. This arrangement of the material facilitates its assimilation.
