The monograph discusses the concept, content and main directions of criminal law policy in the field of preventing property and violent crime in the Russian Federation in the context of building legal statehood and a modern market economy. Particular attention is paid to warning and preventive measures designed to reduce crime in this area. It is emphasized that increasing the efficiency of the functioning of basic criminal law institutions, strengthening their preventive function is impossible without a clearly built criminal law policy of the state and a system of preventing property and violent crime.
