Criminal legal regulation of robotics. Begishev I.R.

The monographs investigate the formation of criminal liability for socially dangerous acts committed in the process of developing, the production and application of robots, as well as for acts in which the robot is used as a subject of criminal encroachment or as a means of committing a crime. Particular attention is paid to the development of a promising mechanism for the application of the criminal law in case of harm in the process of functioning of an autonomous robot and criminal legal means of preventing and penalizing activities aimed at the creation, distribution and use of autonomous armed robots. The legislation was given as of July 1, 2021 for students, graduate students and teachers of law universities and faculties, as well as a wide range of readers interested in criminal legal regulation of robotics.
