Criminal procedure law

This textbook in an accessible form sets out the full course of the criminal process as a academic discipline provided for by the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the direction of preparation 40.03.01 "Jurisprudence" (level of undergraduate). The general part of the criminal process, pre -trial and court proceedings, a special procedure for criminal proceedings, international cooperation in the field of criminal proceedings are highlighted. Changes in criminal procedure legislation have occurred in recent years. A large amount of theoretical sources is analyzed, judicial and other practice was used, foreign experience was considered. The stated material is illustrated by schemes, drawings and photographs, each chapter contains methodological materials (tasks, questions for discussion, etc.).
