The collective monograph presents the results of research on transition processes of the domestic legal system. The center of scientific attraction was the phenomenon of the crisis, considered as an empirical-social fact, as a general cultural and historical tendency and as a characteristic of political and legal communication. This is the first collective work, completely dedicated to the reasons for state-legal crises, their morphology, social and anthropological consequences of their existence.
