Criticism of pure reason. Kant I.

Immanuel Kant is the greatest of the philosophers of the New Age, the founder of classical German philosophy. The circle of professional interests of Kant was unusually wide. He developed the theory of the origin of the solar system, studied earthquakes, gave lectures on physics and geography. However, the most important works of Kant, which have committed a genuine coup in the field of thought, are the so -called “critical works” dedicated to the theory of knowledge. The most important of them is certainly “criticism of pure reason”, a book that has made a coup in the field of philosophy, comparable to the coup that Copernicus made in the field of astronomy. The main goal of “criticism of pure reason” is to determine the boundaries of human thought, but along the way, Kant raises other fundamental issues of being, among which a new doctrine of space and time and proof of the existence of God, which is usually called “moral” or “anthropological.”
