The book contains the chosen works of the Russian economist Lev Nikolayevich Litushenko (1886–1943), dedicated to criticizing Soviet agrarian policy from the perspective of liberalism and classical economic theory. It contains articles and brochures of the period of the 1917 revolution, military communism and the beginning of the NEP. For the first time, a report of the economist is published at a meeting of the State Commission for Electrification (GOELRO) on June 26, 1920. The book is equipped with an introductory article, comments and bibliography of the scientist's works.
The publication is focused on historians and economists involved in the study of agrarian history and the history of economic thought in Russia.
