Criticism of the ability of judgment. Kant I.

Immanuel Kant is the greatest philosopher of Western Europe, one of the leading thinkers of the Enlightenment, the ancestor of German classical philosophy, the founder of critical idealism, who made a decisive contribution to the development of European philosophical tradition.

“Criticism of the ability of judgment” is the third great criticism, along with the “criticism of pure mind” and “criticism of practical mind”. If in the first two treatises Kant considered the mind as an instrument of theoretical and practical thinking, then here he turns to the originality of the aesthetic and moral world of a person, to the concepts of beautiful, useful and sublime.
