The proposed methodological manual is devoted to the problem of speech therapy assistance to young children.

The book analyzes in detail the standards of psychomotor and speech development of children 1-3 years old. The author’s technique is described, with which it is possible to diagnose the pre-real development of children with the perinatal lesion of the central nervous system (PPCNS) and cerebral palsy of 1-3 years, to determine the levels of pre-development of children of this age from the PPCNS and children of the risk group. These data help to determine the structure of the defect of children with the PPCNS.

In addition, the authorized methodology of correctional and pedagogical work with children 1-3 years old is justified in the manual and its content is described:

-methods of examining children using points of evaluation; < /p>

-analysis of diagnostic techniques, including screening diagnostics;

-phased correctional and speech therapy work with children with cerebral palsy and the consequences of the PPCNS. Foreign experience in the implementation of early diagnosis and correction of deviations in the development of children with PPCNS and cerebral palsy, the regulatory framework for the implementation of psychological and pedagogical assistance to children with disabilities is analyzed.
