Crying angel. Dyachenko A., Priest
Praskovushka burst into tears and confessed to her most terrible sin. During the war years, when the father was taken to the front, five children remained in the family, of whom she turned out to be the eldest. And then they found out what hunger is. They managed to scrape money and buy a loaf of bread on the market with brutal savings. With trembling hands, a hungry twelve -year -old child cut bread for ten pieces and went to sell it to the station - soldiers from military echelons who went to the front. For the money, she could already buy more bread: part - home, and another loaf - again for sale. In our times, what is this sin? Normal business. - They, the soldiers are young, the hungry themselves, drove to the front -line, and I spent on them! And cries, the old man cries childishly bitterly, smearing tears on his cheeks with fists. How do we understand these old men currently, without a measure for our lives of the sipped both grief and suffering, while maintaining crystal moral purity? How did it happen that they raised us - well -fed and indifferent? And we all look at them, storming the mail in line for a beggarly pension or for hours sitting in the hospital in the hope of free reception, and besides irritation we have nothing to experience.
