The leadership attempted to combine knowledge accumulated by world science on the treatment of cultural -science orthopedic infections, practically not detected by routine microbiological methods. It is shown that for the exact diagnosis, fundamentally new methods are necessary - molecular, based on the study of the features of deoxyribonucleic and ribonucleic acids.
