The life of thirteen -year -old friends, Kiryuhi and Vitka, is similar to walking in a circle. They play computer games, hardly sit the lessons and, not knowing what to occupy themselves, wanders aimlessly through the streets.

Once, for the sake of entertainment, Vitka showed a comrade an unusual game. It seems that now you can forget about boredom. But a strange and slightly dangerous game suddenly divides the life of one of the heroes into “before” and “after.”

The story “Cure for Boredom” received a wide response of the reader's audience and a high appreciation of professionals. She reached the final of the Kornichukov Prize and became the winner of the A. Kuprin International Literary Competition.
